I just switched over to the tlr7A from a Surefire x300 Turbo and in my opinion it looks better and a lot more comfortable since i carry aiwb

I got the tlr1hl and I agree it’s too bulky I carry at 4 o’clock position. I should have gotten the tlr7a

Really had a bitch of a time with the e clip. I don’t see how the tool is supposed to help in that recessed area. I managed to catch a thread or two - good enough I guess. I have the longer HL-1 light on a different gun and I don’t remember the e clip being an issue at all.
