Soviet Era Flashlight - Restoration
I found this flashlight in my father in law garage in Hungary, I am not sure of the brand but it is certainly late 60’s early 70’s. I had the re do the electric system since it had missing parts, I also replaced the lamp with a modern high power led. The battery pack was made using recycled laptop lithium cells, I added a battery protection board so it can be charged and prevent excessive voltage drops. The paint was almost the same as the original tones. I added I button as the flashlight has a “Morse” function as described in the paper instruction glued in the inside, so when the device is off, it can be pressed to produce pulses of light.
