Hi Linda, great question if I can find 65 pound weight that’s what I use on the outside of the albums but if I can’t, then I will always use hundred pound weight. If I can find the 65 pound weight to wrap the album I will still use hundred pound weight for the internal pages. It adds to make a sturdier album. Let me know if that answers your question.

I have watched it again after you cut another LHS flap no measurement was made , this is the second LHS flap I’m referring too 😊

So sorry. I miss understood. I sold that Album so I do not have it available to actually measure it but if I look at the way the paper it self is cut that left side panel should be 5 5/8 scoring it at a half inch and at 5/8 of an inch. That would mean that the remaining paper that was cut off of the right side panel should fit the left side panel. now so the easiest way for you to to check that would be to look at that paper how it was trimmed for that right side and then the remaining paper for the left side. You need to cut that card stock to accommodate it .so I do believe it’s going be 5 5/8 scoring it out a half and scoring it at 5/8 so let me know if you’ve got any other questions and again I

Hi Beverly, Thank you for the catch. This album actually measured 10 x 9. I have made the correction in the description field. The only thing wrong was the 9 x 9 in that field. The measurements given are correct. If you made your album already and it is 9 x 9, just make a 1 in adjustment in the height of the pages. The widths are the same.

Thank you for the complement. I do agree, any tutorial's should be viewed once to make sure you understand the process. As for a cut list, I do not provide them. It is an arduous process. I do my best, using my ruler, to insure that all the measurements are understood. If ever a question, do not hesitate to ask. 😊

Make any changes you want however, if you didn’t put the spacer in next to the fold line that Gussett line you’re going find that the pages I build have quite a bit of a build up to them and it’s going to encroach in on that 5/8 of an inch gusset and your page isn’t going to lay flat. That’s why I cut it at 8 1/4 so that my buildup, which could be anywhere from an eighth to a full quarter of an inch with multiple pages on top of that little 3/8 strip that I put in so that it is my guide marker not to get close to that 5/8 of an inch gusset/ hinge. that’s why I cut it at 8 1/4 but make whatever changes you want but I think you’re going be disappointed if you find your pages aren’t laying over flat.

Hello, according to the video, they are 8 7/8 inches. they are the same height as the centerpiece that was placed down to cover the spine 8 7/8. I even used a ruler to illustrate the page measurements

Hi Charles, Yes, Mintay papers can be a challenge. I simply focus on elements on each 12 x 12 and cut according. It takes the stress out of cutting into beautiful images. Thank you so much for your kind and encouraging words.

The scallop die is an unbranded die from TEMU. It was a set of 4 an is no longer available. The die for the pull out cards is from Anna Griffin. Hope this helps
