There's a flask you can get that gets rid of the terror you've built up and makes it apply more slowly, and it recharges wirh rest, you can buy it from a merchant, there's a merchant that sells a flask for most status affects in the game

I'm at the beginning and I'm pretty sure the dragon's homecoming ending is the best ending?

Congrats for beating the game, and it's impressive that you could finish the post game and the tournaments with the same team! It took me ages to reassemble capable force for the post game stuff. It's funny that you mention the Jessica ending of DQ8 here, because I consider it as the BEST stuff they EVER made in the whole franchise. I've got no beef with the idea of marrying the princess, but the hero is supposed to be the player, so how they decided my love interest in the PS2 was my worst "night-mare". I hoped either there's no marriage or let me choose like in 5. But since they added the Jessica ending and saw Medea supporting the hero's choice there, I don't hate the original one either.

Hello, I've just found your latest video of this series and decided to watch it from the beginning. The movie you mentioned at the beginning is called "Dragon Quest: Your Story" and it's based on DQ5, though came out pretty weird. Yes, it's Morrie who was the monster-master in DQ8 (who joins the party in the remake), and had the same role as Monty has here in "Young Yangus" (sad that it was never officially translated).

Wow, you've already made more than great allies for this middle area, you may make it to the final boss with them! Yeah, the event in that village is a "what if" version of what happened in DQ4, they just ruined it with that the monsters know that the hero was fake. Anyway, it's interesting to watch this in English and see how the texts are translated. It's absolutely creative! So the coldest breath attack is called "Ice Age" instead of "Absolute Zero" which is the name in the original (it was introduced in DQ Swords).

i just started youtube as well. But i learned something pretty useful for audio levels. Right now you are pretty loud and the game is quiet, I find that -12db for Game Audio at default in game audio setting and -6 to 0db for Mic audio work best. (you should find the "db" slider close to your audio input on your timeline when editing). Best Of Luck going forward.
