Oh come on; run along and see! It's a brand new slate! No errors in site That being said... Pick up the crayon and draw your life! Enjoy the game, it's fun but it can feel dull so just don't quit. I'm telling you man, sometimes it gets really shit. You'll want to flush it down the toilet. Trust me! You're looking at me weird aren't you ? Believe me... I know Wipe that shit off your ass; run to the next class! Don't throw it away, the experience must stay! It stinks but it'll make you think. Wisdom will rise! You'll thank me for it! It's like a book! Consisting pages of bad & good. If your curious fingers stop to scroll. You'll never know what the next chapter unfolds! Funny thing is that, it's actually all blank Each passing second, prints a formation of letters Parcels of actions, stamped on papers Ha Funny... It's almost as if life is a drawing... Without an eraser! With that in mind, let's go on set! A movie so great, none will ever forget! The scene is set! You're an actor in a film! A functioning camera! Actively consuming waves pouring from your device. Words of encouragement! Reignition of drive! You are an athlete who is forced to fight! You're opponent is tough, the sport is life! It's the most brutal endurance sport of all time! Life is a boxing match, but fear not... For defeat is not declared when you fall but when you refuse to stand again. You gotta roll that dice pal, you just don't know what's to be found! Turn the camera! We gotta catch nice shots! Though I promise you: alot of them will flop. Focus in on good times! Capture the important. Learn from the negatives And if things don't workout pal... Just take another shot! I now like to view life a bit like my willy It can be up! It can be down... But it won't be hard forever. Life can be like a game, there can be many players. If you don't play with them, they'll play with you. Like a puppet in a play. A marionette. Enslaved by the conductor. Not sure about you ? I resonate with that. Those were my roads Bumps. Cracks. Obstacles. Vehicles: to bring us somewhere in the end. As a kid, I'd ride tricycles, I rode smooth as butter! Years passed; transitioned to bicycles... Alot of the time, I crashed on my ass. You know what ? It's a bit similar to that! We're all riding bicycles We must keep moving to keep our balance. I've saved many coins in my days. Tools which feuled my desire to consume the tastiest refreshments. I glance at the coin; there spawns Gold! An informative reminder for once a month. You can spend your coin any way you wish, but you can only spend it once. Raise your arm! Give the boomerang a throw! But we mindful of how you act. For what you spit out will always arrive back! In this game of chess... I repeat my friend We cannot undo a move. But... We can make the next one better For even the weakest of pawns can become: Courageous as a Queen Hopeful as a Bishop Resilient as a Knight Determined as a Rook Go make that move as fearless as a pawn! Warriors Framework: moulding as wise as our King! Our lives aren't far off from a piano The white keys: the tranquility of happiness! The black keys: the wickedness of darkness! Both these keys conjoined to play a melody called life! During my formative years, after school the van came along! A delicate song of joy serving varieties of taste, chiefly on sundaes! Mum often bought me one. Every occasion was bliss like the sun! Despite shining aesthetics, I couldn't sit around offering my eternal credits. Otherwise, I'd feel the ice on stomach part on my belt. Life is like ice cream so enjoy it before it melts. Our hell may feel long and endless Until you look back Where years worth of stories... - are looked back in a snap! As of this writing, I haven't died just yet With many years to go until my pen erodes I'd be lying if I said I carried no regret. We can't press restart God may have forgotten to install that part. Whether it be true or not... Rather than hiss & biss bark... Continue with on your purpose; stay sharp! As the infinite mavericks carved their diamond sparks... One tip bro, instead of doing this type of negative, why you dont do the negative from handstand, its better than that exercise

bro honestly you will never learn how to planche that way. Im 181cm and 80kg and my personal best is 9 sec full planche. You need to focus on STRAIGHT ARM STRENGTH. Just do max out tuck planche holds and handstand push ups (or piked push ups if HSPU is too hard for u rn). when you can hold tuck planche WITH STRAIGHT ARMS for 12 sec, go to 1 leg planche, after achieving 12 sec one leg, go to straddle, then full. Max out holds + HSPU is the formula for learning planche. Presses are even better excersise but its very hard for your level now. Stay safe and pls keep posting.

Monday - hard and really good workout day, Tuesday- chill, recovering, if u want few times pull-ups and push-ups, Wednesday-hard and really good workout day, Thursday-chill, recovering, if u want few times pull-ups and push-ups, Friday- hard and really good workout day, Saturday- chill, recovering, if u want few times pull-ups and push-ups, Sunday- chill, recovering, if u want few times pull-ups and push-ups. And again and again. On days without training, you can, as I said, pull up a couple of times, do push-ups a couple of times, but you can also do something like warm-up or stretching exercises these days. Thats really cool thing! I training like that) Good luck.

You have to hang down and then pull up again for the full range of motion. Otherwise you do babyreps. I know it is really hard but this is also the way they measure how often you can do a pull up in official tests.
