Ahh thank you! VV can be pretty full on for sure but they don’t force you into things you don’t want to do. Even on Scarlett Night, there’s venues you can go to on the night that way more relaxed and chill. If you ever decide to give it a go, the best advise we could give would be to avoid going for the shorter trips. In our experience and they are busier and I guess a bit more booze “cruisey” 🍻

Thanks for the comment Andrew. They’re definitely not for everyone but we really do feel they cater so well to both sides. I’d say I’ve had the most relaxing times on Virgin of any ship we’ve sailed on. But totally get they’re not for everyone. Hope you have a great weekend 😃

Hi Paul, it’s a great way to see Norway for sure and agree on being cost effective. No pressure at all to dress up. We’re very much jeans and T-shirts too. P&O do have formal nights, but you can still be casual in the casual dining areas. You do have a tv and kettle yes. Also some pretty awesome biscuits 😄

Hey! Thanks for watching! Olden is STUNNING and we know you’ll have the best time there. For the sky lift, leave ship and a few steps away there are people selling tickets for the sky lift. Grab a ticket and then catch one of the blue coaches that take you on the 10-15min journey to the base. The coaches are pretty regular. I’m sure you’ll love it. 🚢🥂🥳

Hey! Honestly, we don’t normally use a luggage tracker. We should as we’ve had friends in the past lose luggage (via the airline, not cruise line). In the past we’ve used an Apple tag and it seemed to work just fine though. ☺️

Yeah, we noticed that on Iona too. I guess as it gets busy and it’s by the Theatre entrance they get a lot of use. Oh and the washing of hands.. don’t get us started. It takes seconds and the amount of guys I’ve seen coming out of cubicles without washing is astonishing! 😩🚽🧻

Hello 👋 Laundry, absolutely no issues at all. We just put them in a container to protect our clothes in case they burst. Restaurants, generally the booked ones like Sindhu we were seated as soon as we arrived. The main dining rooms could have a wait but if you use the virtual queue we found it wasn’t an issue. I think the longest wait was around 15 minutes, but we opted for a cocktail while waiting but it was ready before we were finished 😅 they hold it for 15 minutes though so no need to sprint. In terms of ordering I don’t believe you can order ahead. It was always done at the table. On some ships if you have food allergies they can order in advance but you’d have to check with the line you’re booked with. Happy sailing 😄🛳️🥂
