I love the optimism in the title…easiest way…well id hate to see the hard way. Now I have blocks of different shapes and sizes…at this point in looking to order some hot glue.

Do these drills have a carbon brush? I could not tell and the manual doesn’t indicate replacement in the maintenance section. My matrix works great I’ve had it for 10-12 something years.

While opening and removing the motor a small flat magnet dropped out !! where does it comes from ?

Is it possible or/and advisable to replace the motor from a 21v 800 rpm by a 21v 25,000 rpm ? I have a Chainsaw converter attachement and it does not turn fast enough to be efficient.

I have found a motor replacement on Amazon that works great problem is I cannot find pinion gear does anyone have the part number have the part number or nowhere to get it from
