This video drew me in because I know I am stressed a lot. It was cool that music is just as good as medication. The fact that you did a study was really good. A change in 15 beats per minute seems like a lot, but maybe more studies need to be done.

This is such an interesting subject! I really liked that you went out and did an experiment with your friend to really drive home the point that this stuff isn't just something in science and theory textbooks, it happens all the time. I also thought that the interviews were a nice touch to the video.
