Thank you. Most of it was done using ToonCrafter (so the movement is natural). For the 2-4 images to put in tooncrafter, I used platforms (minimax, kling, pika, pixaverse etc) and advanced liveportrait.

@@themightyflog Unfortunately, there are a number of lip-thinking tools out there, but none of them are able to add natural mouth movement to a completely flat 2D character. So I created the desired mouth shape and facial expression in Advanced LivePortrait and then animated it in ToonCrafter. If your character is real or 3D, you can add lip sync with gne-3, Goenhance, Nim, magichour, synclabs, etc. (If you have a driving video, you can add facial expressions and actions all at once in mimic motion)

Thank you!! Simple Anime characters are often transformed on the platforms. So I made most of the scenes in the following process. 1. Creating Characters in Midjourney 2. Moving characters from platforms by img2vid ( Hailuo 👍) 3. Capture two or three frames from a video made with a platforms 4. Made an animation again using Tooncrafter

1. it is easiest and most consistent to model the character properly in 3D and convert only the style from Domo, GoEnhance, etc. to Vid2Vid. 2. if you want to keep the modeling simple and use a single image of the character, use "AnimateAnyone" (Viggle) or "Mimic Motion" (but better for realism than animation) 3.If you use AnimateDiff, it's hard to be consistent and can cause flicker. It takes a lot of time to test Lora, IPAdapter, Controlnet, Smooth, etc.

I don't plan to make a separate tutorial yet 😭 1. add wind motion with img2video on platforms like pika or gen2, 2. using photoshop and after effects. You can see it around the 20 second mark in the video below. ruclips.net/video/k9BmhiwuwfA/видео.html

mimic motion을 뒤늦게 알게 되었던 것도 있구요, 미믹모션은 실사의 경우 월등히 좋지만, 애니메이션은 생각보다 결과물이 좋지 않아서 따로 테스트를 해봐야겠더라구요~
