You were defending yourself. WERE, after 5-0 you could leave him alone and say a "Go to sleep" in chat
It looks like you were vibing on a bike on yr way to the beach, but got jumped. Under any other circumstance you did the right thing and defended yrself from missile spamming but seeing the new guidelines, yeah you were absolutely totally the griefer in the situation🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️
Yeah I agree by these guidelines I would say I'm now a griefer 😆 but I'll never start a fight with another player for no reason.

Personally, I'd say no, since the other guy initiated that confrontation but...Well, we know how Rockstar can be sometimes...Mostly because of TakeTwo's interferance.
Yeah, I never attack first but when I am I usually fight the player until they leave the lobby otherwise they tend to ghost you/go passive and come back with better vehicles or something.
I have a serious question, with the thruster in gta5 online all that is needed to not explode from a rocket is literately to fly IN A STRAIGHT LINE, this is a bug so does this mean it’s ban-able
I'm not too familiar with the Thruster and it's game mechanics but surely not I would hope as that's Rockstar's issue to fix.

Wow really, that's not excessive at all😆. To me all this enforcement stuff really does is reward actual griefer/tryhard players that have multiple accounts.
I miss taking out choppers with tanks and launching a C4 covered jeep at tanks. So much fun.
