Hurricane Gilbert (1988) - Capt. Philmore Duncan (Jamaican Firefighter)
Captain Philmore Duncan shares his experience with Hurricane Gilbert working with the Jamaica Defense Force. Hurricane Gilbert is a category 3 hurricane that hit Jamaica on September 12th, 1988. It was the most intense tropical cyclone to ever hit Jamaica. Capt. Duncan is an 18-year veteran of the US Navy Base Fire Department in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. He served 13 years as a military personnel in the Jamaica Defence Force (JDF) and continued to serve as a Fire Captain in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.

Must be crazy? St Thomas has the best water coming out of limestone.. Come to port Morant harbor heard road and try the water at the stand pipe.. The water is so cool and sweet..

Good cold ice Cold Spring water come from santama. Also growing up in sea divide. You see them stream the water's light ice cold and don't talk about eating those hair in mind going early in the morning, it aint going to work. It's too cold.
