In the evening, settle into our cosy Wine Lounge and discover an ever-changing list of wines by the glass or bottle. In addition to offering our own distinctive family of fine wines, our sommelier hand-selects unique wines from around the globe.

Introducing Smith & Sheth CRU Quinn Chardonnay
One of our great growers are Linda and Ian Quinn who own and farm the spectacular Two Terraces Vineyard in the Mangatahi sub-region of Hawke’s Bay. 2022 represents the first time we have sourced a nice volume of Chardonnay from them - a special block of heirloom Mendoza Chardonnay. A selection of three barrels of this parcel was made for our first Smith & Sheth CRU Quinn Chardonnay which immediately becomes part of our Grand Cru release, and the only Grand Cru wine from the 2022 vintage. Here, Steve Smith chats to Linda and Ian about this special place they call home and taste the first 2022 Smith & Sheth CRU Quinn Chardonnay.
