Falling some nice size wood in some tough ground.
Nice 🌲
They called bunchers for a reason
what happened? Did a hydro line rupture.
Yep, thinking main pump hose failed spraying oil on turbo and flame on. Fire suppression was ignited…… At 16000hr it was a nice machine.
good operator... nice smooth steady pace.. not abusing the machine..
Dog fucking at its finest
Would of had both of those over 20mins ago with a direction felling head
Ha ha ..... talk is cheap. Let’s see some vids then.
@@Stormdodger im not mocking your work mate just saying the old hot saws don't go to well in the bigger wood
well... he's not the worst i've seen
Looks just fine to me
Good job steel dog
Now, THIS is probably the NEXT WORST THING for a FOREST other than a MATCH!!😆😄🤣😂 However, this is one GREAT operator.👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👌🏾👍🏾❤💯
this is the best thing for a forest other wise it become a forest of match sticks
@@Dwjanke24 My comment was made in a "JOKINGLY" fashion.👌🏾👍🏾
@Madyhighend Well, my comment was made in a jokingly fashion but, surely he's making room for new growth I would presume. No need to let that "GOOD" timber just rot away.👌🏾👍🏾
@Madyhighend No, once again you misinterpreted my comment and the Bible says in ALL thy getting get and understanding. Never ASSUME my friend and you have a GREAT day o.k.👌🏾👍🏾🙏🏽🙂
Awesome video man 👏🏼👏🏼 it’s my dream to come up to The pacific nw or BC and cut timber or build roads he’ll I’d be in hog heaven.
You’ll be doing good to get that rotten shit on the wagon
Looks like a Posselt sticker I see! Good job Mr. Wiens. Campbell River
Sorry to say that’s not Mr Wiens.
He runs the Posselt operation in Campbell?
Trevor, yes, runs the operation, not the equipment. He does a nice job.😁
I really liked working for him. I ran processor at Horne for him last summer heat season crossshifting with Colin on your guys Hitachi 330. Hey I was treated really well. No complaints from me. I’d work again if the opportunity came up. No drama , was a good gig
Nice. 100% agree with you. I guess we will see what happens when the strike is over, with Mosaic shutting down and all. 🍻
"So much for Paul Bunyan and Babe. You just made them Blue'r" i had forgotton Paul Bunyan and Babe myself, thank's to RUclips and Mr. Disney i got refreshed..... Thank the Operator and John Deere for sharing...Good Job...
Nice Video
That’s some talent right there!
Great video of someone that knows what they are doing Respect from Nashville Tennessee
Good job
Gatot Sukoco glg
Too many second cuts for high stumps. Do it right the first time.
Ahhhh another critic..LOL 😂 thanks
@@Stormdodger didn't mean to be rude. I grew up logging with Dad on the skidder learned fast to cut low stumps the first go around. More peaceful ride home!
What part of the world are you logging in there Joe.
@@Stormdodger East Texas. Flat land
Texas 🤔, they have trees down there eh.....you would get a real eye opener up on the Pacific Northwest my friend. Cheers 🇨🇦
Nice machine
Just so people understand the majority by far that you are cutting is dead and rotting and therefore releasing the carbon that was stored and not producing oxygen like a younger growing stand will. Your are also minimizing the threat of a catastrophic fire.
You sir are a beast
nice angle on the dangle
Where can I get this song? cant find it anywhere???
How was that wood brought to the yard? Skyline, or skidder, or hoe?
The TC 870 seems to be the fastest feller buncher out there. Every vid of an 870 I have seen shows it just slaying the wood. Very fast boom speeds and very fast saw recovery time. Impressive machines. Sadly, way too big for my conditions. It would be turing into and knocking down more trees than it was cutting here. Zero tail swing machines rule here.
Thats looks like it was a killer blacktail spot!
This one of Steve pierces machines?
Thibault logging!
Connollyslogging thibault logging in Campbell River.
Now two years later my old boss in NB sold his 870 with approximately 34000 hrs on it and picked up a new 845C. Loves it. I have been running Buncher for the last two years in AB now. Running a 04 860 at the moment.
Those are some big trees if you need to cut into it twice...

good vid thats some nice timber!
Yes , it is the only way to go👍
expensive log splitter :) but if you have an excavator already, im thinking its the ONLY way to go.
wtf, great vid
@thoood9000 sorry i cant remember what it was called. I got it of the you tube audio swap... Its a catchy tune ...LOL
@0266514759 Thanks , I used a 3.5 inch cylinder with 18 inches of stroke. I am on the hunt for a 4inch cylinder with a longer stroke. More Power!!!!!!!.....I used quick couplers which hook up to the thumb hoses. I had to reinforce the I-beam under the quick change ears because it was flexing. I got the idea of some you tubers.. There is always room for improvement though...... I hope this helps......And good luck Cheers
brilliant ill have a go myself ,what is the ram power ? i have a 1.5 ton excavator. at the moment im building a grab should have started with a splitter looks easer
@Hennes003 29000hrs.............hell, mine not even broke in then... LOL
@madillgrappleyarder That was a fun job. The 044 is a beast of a machine..who needs guylines LOL. what year is the 732? Where our you workin? Get them vids up. Cheers
Thanks, I am running Hornet processor now on a 290 Hyundai but been on Timbco 350 for 2 yrs and 870 for 6. I run the old 870 now and again and enjoy it. The old girl has 29 000 hrs on now is a 2000, just before ER Boom
Love the music, just a thought, weld two more splitting wedges above the ones you got already, you got plenty of power to spare, take care
@dtimber00 maybe....LOL. Who u are?
@Hennes003 your good, about a month after this vid was taken the main pump failed. we put an exchange in and had the pumps all pressure checked. had the tilt pins and bushings changed....what a difference..lol . i just had the travel seals changed last week. The boom lift on the b model i think, was not a strong point compared to other bunchers i have ran. But i am happy with her...she climbs like no other .....LOL cheers
I hear some turbo noise, she shouldn't wisle like that and she should have all kinds of boom power. Have you ever get your pumps pressure checked. You implement pump might be weak. You can loose 30% power before the operator even realizes it.
@Claytonj250 Its always fun and challenging cutting the old vets. This old girl has about 12000 hrs on it. it is a good ol cutter that gets the job done with minimal break downs. there are some issues. the boom power sucks. i would love to try one of the 870c like the one mueller has. I like youre vids.cheers
Its a mixed bag, some cypress, red cedar and balsam. the ground was wet and sticky, with a touch rock if that makes any sense.lol
