I'd disconnect the battery after I turned the wheels to each side to each those bolts to avoid removing the front wheels and jacking up the car. I'm doing this install on the weekend hopefully so I hope it works out lol

Front wheel drive vehicles (gas or electric powered) will often wear the front tires more quickly. The previous owner probably replaced the front tires because they were worn out, but didn't replace the rear tires because they still had plenty of tread depth.

What is your experience with long term reliability of these cheap white water pumps? I have couple and after some days being submerged I can start seeing some rusty spots on one part of the pump.

It's no big deal having different brands on the different axles, as long as you have the same on the same axle. Front wheel drive cars will usually wear out the front tyres first, whether they are electric or ICE.

Thread lock?!?! I put anti-seize grease on mine because I live in an area with snow, ice, and road salt in the winter. No lug nuts have EVER come loose. Do not listen to this guy about thread lock. Jeez.
