I find it hard to stay focused. So I set up a huge habit tracker in Notion with 16 daily habits that is basically a routine; anything outside of those things go on a to-do list. I'm hoping that your Real Life RPG 2.0 will be able to help me refine my routine a little and give me some incentive to work harder.

Very cool system you've built! I found this video because I'm trying to design something similar myself. I developed an analog productivity/creativity system organized into Field Note memo books using a Main Quests & side quests systems for prioritization as well. I am now in the process of learning how to build it into a digital system to share with others. It's cool to see like minded people out there. Thanks for sharing.

I like the idea of the blank interface, makes it simpler to start and a lot of fun. I'm going to use it to help me reach my goal of writing a book or two... or more! I love the little introduction character idea - Will there be a way for me to pull in, say, my books database? So that I can refer to which books I need to read as I progress through my sub-tasks to reach my Quest goal? I'm really looking forward to applying this system to help me achieve my goals. Been trying out your free version of the real Life RPG, honestly it is so good and I’m still a uni student so I’m too broke to get the full version, but honestly that demo is so good and has transformed my life this week that I’m using it that when I get the chance to support you I’ll definitely do so. Just finding out for the time being unable to get the full version, is there any limits to the free version?

This sounds great. It’s something I’m looking forward to. I’m 57 and struggling with writing my novel. I have a Notion habit tracker and it’s helpful but not inspiring. I’m an avid role player so gamification seems like a great way to keep motivated. I have been following your videos over the past week and think you’re onto something. I’d like to see charts integrated into the system as I am a visual learner predominantly and more tactile in following things through. I’m really interested in learning more about your system and look forward to seeing more of your work and progress. It’s something I am keen to get set up in my day to day life. I help my wife run her business, I am writing a book, and I volunteer time with two organisations, so a system where I can act, track and visualise my successes will be helpful. Looking forward to the next series of videos and Version 2!

In terms of engagement. I find that I never get engagement unless I ask for engagement. I mostly use LinkedIn but whenever I ask a couple questions at the end up the post my engagement goes up over 50%. It might be worth adding a question and maybe even have it as text at the end of the video. Should help with engagement a bit. I also was thinking about something very interesting the other day. To level up your character or skills you need XP points. XP literally stand for Experience Points. Most people nowadays are trying to find shortcuts and cheat codes to level up instead of simply getting the experience. Many people will do whatever they can to avoid having to get experience when that's the only path that actually works! I would love to hear your thoughts on it! Great video man! Catch yah next time!

Best RPG life template i have found so far I started to improve and change few things to make it better to my needs One question though , does the game gives us a penalty if the due date is passed ? The idea would be to have a repeated quest , for example " Go to the gym" , repeated every 4 days. And for each day i'm late , it inflicts damages to my HP , and if possible fail the quest on the forth day ( because another one will have poped)

Did you sped up your video? At first, I got overwhelmed, but I found that I do not get distracted that much, but probably the 10 min is the limit, for such high speed speech. Brother, I found the "Life RPG" way before this system. Reward points work like the time 60pts = 60min of instant gratification shit, like: games, yt, films, or even NSFW. The more educational the content was, the fewer points it used, for example: when I was learning the English, I did not deduct the points for the 3+ min vids, with English speech in them. Then the better my English became, the less was a discount. How to earn? The harder on the mind (Quest Rank system) and the more useful listed "improvement" activities are, the more points you get. They shat they pants, with the exp system. They made it like Pokémon Ultra Sun exp share system: all of the listed by you skills, in the task, get the same amount as the general level. I wish it was custom. Now I'm back to watching the vid, when I end watching I will comment my thoughts once again. Also if you find some grammar/punctuation mistakes, feel free to tell me. I'm still improving my English, so that will help me a lot.

Im trying to build my system and this helped my so much. My player database was getting errors for being so full of formulas to track the XP from my Projects, Tasks, Habits and all of that. Now I can scale the whole system. I tried using GPT to make the formulas but used more time debugging its formulas than actually making progress in my system. Thanks!!

How are you going to provide updates for the notion template for current users?

My main quest right now is reframing my mindset to what would be useful to not only myself but to as many people as possible. This has been a particular problem with my own notion templates in the past where they were so specifically created for me it was hard for anyone else to truly enter the mindset required to use it. The new template system I am working on has this primary goal in mind. I really love how this template came out! I would love to see a video on how this system prioritizes personal hobbies versus work projects. I believe it's important to take the time you needs for passion projects and I'm curious to see how your template prioritizes them.

I think i might be getting this. The price is just right and a sub count doesnt mean anything for me, more after taking a deep dive into your website. I recently graduated from Multimedia Desgin so I feel more conected to your brand and knowing that someone that designs made the template makes me more confortable. Keep it up to the valuable content, you earned a sub and a sale! 🦾

i love the idea. Might be a bit pricey for most people considering your sub count. I would make a simpler version for free and then a more updated one for a reasonable price

Hey, do you think it would be useful to earn Materials on top of Gold from Quests? So you can Craft stuff. For Example: If you went to the gym, you gain Healthshards and you can craft a Beer Round with your Friends from Healthshards. So you find your Balance in the Party and Health area of your life ?

As long as you're not losing functionality, simplifying things is always good 👍🏻
