Love the modern freight locos as well as the stack trains. Who makes the stack cars? Looks like Kato, but I can't see enough detail. I used to run 65 car long N-scale trains using 3-5 locos in front and a mid train helper to prevent string lining on curves on hills and dummy in the rear. It took a lot of effort with straight DC to get the locos with different speeds set up so the train wouldn't derail. I love what Z-scale has evolved into though! If I were still in the Hobie I'd try to run the longest modern Z-scale freight trains possible, just like real trains, with over a hundred cars and 7 or more locos. Great video!

Freaking LOVE IT! I just wished I could have got one when they were released. I KNEW they would be practically Impossible to get one "after the release", BUT the money just wasn't there at the time. I have the Rest of the UP Passenger car set to say the least. *Still working on my first module as well....

why do you keep putting music and fake train sounds over letting us hear the models run, i am interested in the running ability of the trains being run but i can not do that very well at all without being able to hear the models.

well now this was a pleasant surprise finding one of the SP /rock island e7 red and silver passenger train.. i like those cars.

I cannot wait to see nano tech improve. In 10 years the Z scale will sound as awesome as O does now

Why do the trains run so fast? Is the speed according to scale Z? Better with more trains than long train routes. Otherwise, nice and pleasant environment.
