In loving memory of Ken Page (1954 - 2024) I will miss traveling to California and seeing him every year at the Hollywood Bowl singing his iconic Oogie Boogie song (and this is coming from someone who lives in Michigan). And last year was the final performance.

This is like watching a Tim Burton's movie in live version with Danny Elfman starring in it.

Ken Page is not only insanely talented but the kindest most gentle soul I've ever met. I had the pleasure of talking with him a few months ago after a show he was in at The Muny in St. Louis. He was and still is my favorite actor. I grew up watching the movie and now my 2 boys just love the movie and him. He gave me the biggest hug and thanked me for keeping Oogie Boogie alive for the next generation. He made my entire childhood and adulthood in one conversation.

I just listened to it for the first time. Love Laufrey but very disappointed with this album. It sounds nothing like her. I would not recommend this one. Rather get the other version. It is most definitely not the quality of my equipment either

I'm 35 years old and have been a literal life-long Eagles fan. The first album, in CD form, I ever purchased for myself was The Eagles. After missing the last of the original US dates, I was pretty upset that I would have to chalk these guys up as one of my absolute favorites that I just didn't get the chance to see live. Little to my knowledge, they announced more tour dates, and my wife surprised me with the best Christmas gift I've ever received. I will be seeing these guys on March 9th in Chicago, two days before my 36th birthday!
