Hi. I'm a self taught home baker. I was in a corporate job for 15 years and then finally decided to be my own boss and do what i love doing - cooking and baking. I take online classes too and have students from across the globe. I participated in Masterchef India season 1 and reached the top 50 too. I'm here to share with you my knowledge and experience. Hello mam,I wanted to ask ...wat did u mean when u said 6inch ka heightened sponge?.for 1kg cake sponge weight wud be around 500gms..when i bske 500gms sponge in 6 inch tin..I dont get such height..pls help

It's nice mam...how you are thinking same way iam also thinking bedore i use to think iam new that's why iam taking tense,but now i understood every baker situation same while doing decoration. Same situations will come for every baker...now I understood. Anyway it's beautiful ma'am.

@@yummycakes4422 if I’m using any decoration which is like an additional cost then I mention the same to the client…or I simply use whipped cream for design which is not an additional cost
