Scrapping Illegal Materials 🛒 Don’t Do it!
G day Paul I am surprised they take skis but not vacuum cleaners, also propane tanks! Ths
@@donvoll2580 Hi Don, honestly me too, they set the tanks aside to process separately. I know vacuums can have a lot of plastic but so do other things that they take. ✌️
Lots of people will claim they were there at the Woodstock to end all Woodstocks but you’re the few that actually have photographic and physical proof that you were there!!! I envy you I was barely 4 in the summer of 99 and didn’t even know this festival was happening !!
@@treykoyawena4443 it was incredible despite the negative events that happened. ✌️❤️
My dad worked for spivaks (the company who owned Wally world) before they got bought out by jaar and he found an old sign. It’s hanging on the wall in our garage
@@Honda_crf250f that’s awesome, a nice find indeed. Wally World was so much fun when I was young. Thanks for watching and sharing your comment. ✌️
such a shame i couldn't go to Woodstock '99. oh not cause i was busy, because I wasn't even conceived yet 😭 hearing all the stories and the events that happened make me envy the 90's. being born in '02 i couldn't possibly imagine how different things were. maybe one day if Woodstock comes back I'll be waiting in line just like those quarter of a million people back in 1999!
Every generation should get a chance to experience a Woodstock festival. I wish someone could revive it and bring it back but I doubt it will ever happen. Thanks for watching and leaving a comment ✌️❤️
Thanks for making this!!

Someones gonna be making videos like this about the last coachella 30 years from now
Oh really, I haven’t heard about that. Did some crazy shit go down at the last festival?
Amazing story, I loved it. Thanks for sharing and I can't believe you not only held onto that glowstick, but saved it for this occasion to crack it.
Thank you, it was fate that I saved that glow stick for 23 years. ✌️❤️
@@PaulieTheWog I was only 13 when Woodstock 99 was going on. I remember watching all the MTV coverage of it that weekend. I've met a couple of people who went to it and one was a guy I worked for; he said it was the most wild and craziest thing he ever did!
@@MattyBombatsa same here, it was a crazy wild weekend and made for great memories.
G day Paul Yea every little bit helps. I watch video from States fellow wrote in, he is getting .05/ pd. Ths
@@donvoll2580 Hello Don, ya it’s been a bad summer for street scrapping, too much competition out there making for small loads. At 5 cents per pound I would not waste my time, not worth it. Thanks for watching ✌️
I was at 94 and it was phenomenal. I know people who were at 99 and loved it also. Ok it was hot. It was July for crying out loud.
It was a weird, wild, and wonderful weekend, and it was damn hot! Thanks for watching and commenting. ✌️❤️

G day from waterloo I am surprised they take propane tanks We have neighbour down here refurbished propane tanks. A friend took in 3000 lbs brass taps for them Ths
@@donvoll2580 Hi Don, it’s nice that Zubicks takes sealed tanks, they just set them aside and process them separately. 3000 lbs of brass is incredible, that would be about $10 000 super nice 👍
Wow ! This was incredible
@@chrisreed4661 It really was. Thanks for watching ✌️❤️
I was at 94 & 99. In my experience conditions at 99 where better then in 94. If the rains would have hit 99 like they did 94 everyone would have appreciated that flat land and asphalt. I've been comparing and contrasting the two ever since and It is my belief that the only real difference between to two were the weather and the attitudes of those in attendance.
@@kevinb4079 Thanks for sharing your experiences, I wish I got to attend the 94 Woodstock festival. ✌️❤️
G day Paul Boy tha ss shelf or whatever, that would have sold at auction. Good one Ths
@@donvoll2580 Hi Don, we find so much resell stuff, I’m still not sure what those were but there was like 5 or 6 boxes of them brand new, I regret not taking them to just to figure out what they were. If I had more storage space I would consider reselling items. ✌️

@@donvoll2580 that’s a good tip, but it’s already gone. I hope that shred prices don’t go any lower and start to rebound soon. Thanks for being a loyal viewer and leaving comments, I truly appreciate it. ✌️
@@PaulieTheWog I was talking to fellow scraper, he found old scrap sheets 1998 shred was $25/ton compared to yr or so ago getting 400/ton. Ths
It’s crazy how much scrap prices fluctuate over time. Scrapping is a fun hobby but if prices dropped super low I wouldn’t want to do it.
Great video. The pictures say it all. I was there to. I also have some pretty cool pictures. Also still have my ticket and wristband!! I'll never forget what I experienced there or seen lol. One thing is a definite everyone I was with was happy when the sun started to go down, the temps were ridiculous. Still wouldn't change a thing. So much fun it's indescribable unless you were there. The band line up was insane for those 3 days. Good times, good memories

Man, I was only about a few months old at the time. But knowing my 25 year old self now, I DEFINITELY would've gone without a doubt. @@PaulieTheWog ...am I imagining this but that dude in your thumbnail looks awfully Ryan Gosling-ish, and he's from London, Ontario as well, meh?!, could be a dastardly look-alike but gosh, the uncanny resemblance, anywhos, great fun man, even greater pictures, and that 'trench mouth's bit, unreal man, oh those poor, thirsting, money-wrung kids, all frustrated and STILL they drank the water, didn't Dave Matthews actually play..."Don't Drink The Water "...helluva tale by friend, see I'm in view of alot of Woodstock '99 footage, the gritty and sunbaked, the mind derailed and those yet on a collision course with thier drug of choice, the uninitiated to the most seasoned festival goer, and to the constant for everyone: the heat!! @@KymCarr-iu6pn I actually have no idea who that guy was, I just stopped to take a picture of the beautiful ladies on each side of him. It would have been hilarious if it was Ryan Gosling but the resemblance is there. It was a really tough weekend in those conditions and it made it difficult to really enjoy the festival. I look back with rose coloured glasses and it was an amazing experience but at the time it was a struggle of survival and just trying to make it through the heat and exhaustion. @@Styxswimmer it kinda amazes me that so many people have watched me tell my W99 stories. 25 years later and people are still interested in it.
@PaulieTheWog people are nostalgic for that era (80s and 90s). Even people who weren't born yet feel a weird nostalgia for an era they never experienced because it was so great. While the 80s were the best and the 2000s were kinda ok, the 90s truly were the last great decade.

G day Paul Boy find out about on-line auction up there. Those rachets straps u could have put up 4 sale Too bad about for enamel Ths That cord could be sold on line too.
We find a lot of stuff that could be resold but neither of us are willing to take the time and effort to do it.
