hello, my partner has come home with some pheasant and would like me to cook it. Any ideas of what I could do with it or any recommendations of recipes. didn't want to put it in a stew or curry as I don't think I would taste the meat. thinking of seasonal veg with the meat as the main thing on the plate and maybe a plum sauce 🤔 thanks if you could help

Not nonsense at all, Le Chameau last 2 seasons tops. I have had over 10 Le Chameau wellies and every one of them leak above the soles. I still wear them because they are the most comfortable. I buy the cotton lined ones now rather than the more expensive leather or neoprene lined.
I’ve had mine 6 years now. Still watertight
