Awesome video! What brand are the shock absorbers and where can you buy them?
That tensioning system will not tension both track lines evenly. One has a 2:1 MA and the other is 4:1 MA.
what frame is that, i can only find tripods for sale
good work
Nice work 😁
Nice work
The estimates at the start sound absolute giberish 😂
Time to do this with better resolution.
How do I use the multi tool function? Everytime I change from tool 1 to tool 2 my numbers get screwed up.
🤷🏾♂️
This video is awesome but it would be even better if you included the “fresh eyes” steps ❤
yo Yates is from my hometown
Very neat system set-up. Just thinking how important is taking the catenary angle into consideration and would you recommend a backup track line?
Is there a way to make the x axis values go positive when I move the tool away from centerline? No matter what I try, that x value is always going negative. I'm in lathe mode.
For the shock absorber on the left, would the blue rope need to be longer? If its short then the shock absorber won't be able to extend and take the shock out?
Just bought the same chuck from MSC. It getting sent right back due to the .008 run-out
The adapter plate is undersized to allow for adjustment
Thanks for the video Paul!
Can you give me some info on the DP700 DRO. What model did you get and where did you get it?
Perfect! Thank you.
Stolen?
To this day I still say a milk crate should be standard equipment. Be safe out there.
Hi, I bought milling witch Newall C80 and don't know how to use this. Display shows only display test. When I push "ent" display shows "ACCESS", I have to get security code? Other buttons do nothing
Oh my Gosh....this is the best. Trying to learn and this just speeds the process up. Thank you for putting this up online. I will be recommending this for all our RR Tech learners.
Can I jump rope with that
Thank you, your 1st 2 items covered what I have been looking for in the book for the last hour. Thanks again !
Specifically what brand of collet is that? Is that technically just called a 5C adjustable collet chuck? I’ve looking around for a collet chuck of that design and can’t find one. Wondered if I’m calling it by the wrong name in my searches?
Hardinge or Sjogren
Such a great video 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

I love the videos that you made and I would like to point out a product that every rescue unit should have; the Keanu compact trolley. It would make a high angle rescue setup like this in just a minute or two. The Keanu trolley is the most sensible and easy to use trolley unit I have ever seen. Check out their video here; ruclips.net/video/DZnkS4gOFvw/видео.html
Hey sir. Why dont you give us a few trainings here in the Philippines. 😁
Well done.
!!!Thank You!!!
That is very nice.
Replace your brake bar rack with a SCARAB
I get such a kick (sometimes in the stomach) when we talk about the newest (or not so new in this case) gizmo. Perhaps we start using more function based names/descriptions. Provided you don't work for Company "X".
Paul, this is the best video I’ve come across so far, showing the components of a high line. Nice job
A buddy of mine told me to look this up. As an NDT worker I gotta ask. Who has that much equipment on site?
Landyn Lyerla many technical rescue teams and urban search and rescues have that much equipment.
It depends on the job Landyn. I'm an IRATA L3 rope access technician and I have never needed to use a proper english reeve, but I could see how high angle rescue and certain emergence6 personnel would need such a setup.
What are the benefits of this anchor?
