I couldn't decide which beginner's crochet kit to purchase from Amazon because of all the little trinkets I couldn't identify. I learned how to start a chain in 2009. An elderly woman taught me how. I studied crochet books for 30 days, 6 hours a day, with yarn and hook in tow from the library to home, and back again. The last crochet project I did was a Gothic inspired choker in 2012. I haven't crocheted since, but baby's on the way and I want to crochet baby socks, a baby hat, and a baby blanket. So, here I am, figuring out what all these trinkets in the crochet kit are for, and if they'll be of some use. Thank you for your tutorial. ❤You just helped me to finalize my decision.

I think I like the double ended crochet hook method better because it is absolutely seamless. Is there an advantage to this technique that I’m not aware of ?

I've watched 100's of videos on the Tunisian cable stitch with countless of methods. I'm not knocking them either, however, I've learned the stitch from you in a matter of minutes! For some reason it just clicked. You didn't complicate the stitch with over-talking it. That mistake is made with many in the teaching field. It finally made sense how to do the purl st. That was not over talked either. Keep up the good work gal, you are far and above most folks who do know how the craft is done; unfortunately it can get lost in too much information that is not necessary. Thank you, I'm back on track again.
