yes if you are using specifically viewpoint with the vertical wave phone system
Companies that have these kinds of contracts are to be avoided like the plague. Everyone should have learned by now. Imagine the worst cellular experience you ever had then ask if you want your business to deal with that. No contract is in your interest. Any consultant that shows you this kind of deal doesn't have your interests in mind. Run.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts. Contracts for individuals can be risky but for larger corporations there are more moving parts and negotiating which impacts price. We agree but depends if the buyer is individual or a larger business. in telecom there are typically agreements with price points and term options.
