Hi, I have a problem with my iron, sometimes water is driping from the iron plate, when this is happening temperature of the iron plate is lower than 100°C, it is about 80°C. This is cause of the water driping, because water is condensing on the iron plate, so maybe you know why sometimes the iron plate is not heated, and the temperature drop causing water condensing, and because od that watet driping? Thank for you help.

The Philips GC9650/80 steam generator stops generating steam, but when it is unplugged and left for 20 minutes, it works normally again, although the pump may be a bit loud. What could be the cause?

i have the same iron . everything is working fine,except the blue light.it glows really dull, does this means an early indication of complete failure?
