Silk pillow case silk bonnet apply/beneficial to all type hairstyles. If that's what you were referring to. And the rest things she showed should be general knowledge to all women with hair. Only thing idk is if the hair brushing applies to all or not.

Using silk products only prevents frizz and keeps moisture which is why you use them for silk presses which are aka non textured styles. This is not a gate-keeped black thing.

No it’s not, it reduces hair damage and less hair pulling from scalp

it all depends on hair type. i have curly hair and whenever i brush it. i can’t brush from top to bottom because it hurts more and doesn’t get the knots out. if i brush from bottom to top, it hurts less, less breakage(for my hair) and it gets knots out.

It makes mine the same sometimes, usually I would spray my hair with water and dry it and it would go back to straight again, and i wash my silk once a week so I don’t get break outs

@@mollball_8 I uploaded a short of how i do it, ( on top of the caption ) so I wash it like how everyone wash it but I brush my hair when i apply conditioner and i let it stay on my hair till i’m done showering. So Shampoo and then conditioner and then i brush my hair with conditioner ( i only conditioner my ends not to my scalp ) and then i usually clip my hair so i can start washing my body and then when I’m done i just dry my hair not really rinsing it 😅😊

Idk but for a lot of people some of these methods work 100% brushing from the bottom and using a silk wrap works for me definitely

Brushing on the bottom helped me specially when my hair is tangled, Sleeping with silky wrap protected my hair while sleeping because if I don’t have it I would wake up with tangled hair, the clip part I agree with that, i have thick hair and I use the big onces bc it wouldn’t work. Don’t listen to everything you see in the internet bc yes it doesn’t work for everyone but it works for me and a lot of people 😊

@ first of all, brushing your hair from the bottom to top does the same thing as brushing your hair from top to bottom. Second of all, silky hair wraps or not it still does the same thing, tangles your hair. Third of all, Lots of people have super duper thick hair so claw clips won’t work. “Know your facts before you come at me little goof” - Eminem

She is right. The whole point is to do less pulling on the hair that is closer to the scalp, so you try to work the tangles out at the bottom. Stop being a troll.... Claw clamps also pull less than ties.

There’s no specific way to pray it. Spray it when you want your hair to get some nutrients. You can section your hair if you want to. You can soak your hair on it if you want to, when it’s dry you can wash it. You can spray after your hair is dry or you can spray some before you sleep it depends on how much you want to spray.

I spray in the morning, I don’t spray to the point my hair is super wet. I also spray after my hair is dry and i spray a bit, i also spray before i sleep. I hope this helps

It’s really just for hair growth and nurturing the hair. My hair is thick, straight, and really dark it’s not oily but not dry either. I don’t get dandruff. What i do if my roots are oily i double shampoo it but I don’t shower my hair everyday. When my ends are wavy or dry I either cut them or oil them. When my hair is frizzy i oil it. When it’s tangled i also oil them. And when i put the conditioner i only put them ob my hair I avoid the scalp. I leave it for 5 mins and i have a hair clip, i clip my hair and when I’m done I squeeze the water and conditioner from my hair and let my hair dry with a fan ( no heat )

Arriw root is to make the butter non-greasy. But you can make hair butter without arrow root powder ☺️
