Welcome to The First Aid Team where we teach people to save lives.
In this channel we've published a range of 'how-to' videos which will be updated as First Aid protocols change allowing you to view them at your convenience.
Whether using them to refresh skills or a chance to gain some knowledge we hope you'll find these useful.
Of course, nothing substitutes for practical experience and we would always encourage you to undertake a formal First Aid course.
Obviously, if in doubt then you should always seek medical attention as we are most definitely not medical ourselves.
We are based in the UK so our approach follows UK guidelines and best practice
