Great comparisons, our company had started to use Uizard and bought two subscriptions to use it . Then I stumbled onto your video and learnt that visily actually lets you export to Figma, unlike uizard and is way better in many ways . So thanks for making my life easier with the info you provided in your last 4 videos.

My opinion on the "AI" functions in general is that probably natural language text input is not the ideal interface for a visual design tool. It is easier and faster to edit visuals visually than to translate your visual thoughts into text, formulate your sentences properly and hope that nothing gets lost in translation. Moreover, designers usually design by trial and feedback. You see the changes you do and your brain gives feedback on the direction you should change it to. So it is really the process that is important and you cannot really come up with a "prompt" that will result in something really intentional. AT BEST it would be something that an other designer would do, but it is almost absolutely unlikely to have an AI tool that designs as you would want it to.

Thanks very much for this useful review of Uizard! For the past few months, I have been using Visily.ai to quickly create layouts and UI elements and then take them to Figma using the Visily plugin. Pretty much all the problems you mentioned about Uizard is present in Visily too. The plus side is the Visily UI is certainly not too overwhelming. The lack of creating reusuable components in Visily is a major let down for me. Also, the absence of grids, eyedropper tool, and inability to test the layouts across multiple screen resolutions (desktop va tablet vs mobile) for responsiveness/adaptability is a pain. The Visily Dev team is quite active though and I sincerely hope they add these missing features in their updates 🙏🏽

I'm tired of Figma clones. A program cannot become popular if it looks exactly like its competitors. So many have tried and failed)
