How many Cows, Ewes, etc, will this Ranch reliably carry? I am assuming that Hay must be purchased, or are there irrigated meadows on the property?

Music is TOO LOUD for the narration, I've noticed many of you realty Utubers, make this issue, is it on purpose for some reason? Beautiful ranch and it recently sold. Lots of deer, turkey and pigs, not a great amount of quail in the last few years due to drought in that area. I was fortunate to hunt it twice.

It is rather disconcerting that all the ads have no price. If the realtor does not know the price they need to go back to town and try to sell a house for an unknown price.
