I would be like this if I were an actor. I have sometimes had to do roles plays in my work and I just can’t do it without cracking up, unfortunately thats not ok in a role play. I love to watch him crack up, he’s so funny.

Okay, so, I was thinking about it and if I ever have the chance to interview Bill Hader (which I highly doubt I will, but I can still dream), instead of asking him to just straight-up do an impression like my superiors most likey want me to, I'm gonna do, like, my shittiest impression of someone and ask him for his critiques. He gets a laugh, hopefully; the audience gets to learn more about the craft of voice acting; and it feels like any impressions he makes in the process of helping me are more HIS decision - less like he's being forced to. This is partly inspired by a Late Night with Seth Meyers interview where Seth has Bill listen to his purposely-bad Michael Keaton impression. I thought it was a brilliant subversion of that "Can you do an impression of (blank)?" question that Bill gets asked to do all the time and obviously hates.
