@@mursie I've been driving most of the time in indoor rental karting bit I also have driven ONCE in a Kz Kart. It wasn't too fast but the speed was ok

@@ckrkarts Thanks! I was worried about the carb draining into the air filter when tipping up the cart.

I've got a lower back injury, wife helps me lift sons synergy cadet. This might be a good option. How much does it pull your lower back when initially raising and pulling onto stand? Cheers

@@Marcturbo1 boy I'm not certain how to answer that for you. My scale of weight may be completely different than you with an injury.

​@@floridalottery3134managed to get a nice CRG 2021 with brand new chassis, barely used brakes and new radiator, with a 1 amateur season only just new piston kz10b for 7700 with mychron 5s included. Only rims were used and banged but still working, and 1 of the hubs was a bit damaged (shorter screw). I guess it's preatty damn good

@@ielmosTTRThats good. CRGs are amazing chassis. I recently picked up a 1992 TonyKart shifter kart. Square head 6speed 125 Pavesi for $850.

These are designed for asphalt sprint karts, not sure what a hyper kart is.

Good point! 10k for a dirt bike, 30k + for a Razor … all great toys but expensive! Before I started my business and shop a decade ago I raced shifters for years. A quality used Trackmagic with a Honda was 5k, but that was more than 20 years ago! Times change!

@@ckrkarts ANY good engine is still 5k+ used...that's just crazy to me. but, man the feeling of getting on one of these is priceless. Once I find the right used kart im going to get back into it. I sold my older yz125 CRG road rebel for $2500...looking back wish i would have kept it and bought a new motor. but it was the old setup that's not competitive anymore. I just want one to rip the streets in florida now...not really into racing it...any leads on something like that? I prefer the road rebels 50mm but open to anything if the price is right. let me know thanks

@@floridalottery3134 I hear you there! I drag raced through high school, raced a mud truck, asphalt street stocks. Then a buddy told me about his Shifter Kart, finally got me out to the kart track to try one. I sold everything else and the rest is history. Nothing like a Shifter Kart! I have a couple of KZ listed on our website, including this one. Although they didn’t get much time on them.

@@ckrkarts Im not sure what you mean...a used race kart is like 7k-8k and is nearly brand new on ebay/marketplace/forums....a new kart is like 15k to be competitive. How is that retaining value? Am I missing something...

@@floridalottery3134 are to say your right, sometimes used karts with 1 or 2 race weekends on it are still 13,000 grand. Gotta love it to do it. Used karts should be given away to new riders in the sport. That would be a certain way to bring more people into karting.

@@StevenonCouch yeah but they are ASKING 13k not getting it sold lol big difference...unless you have a showroom kart like this one posted in the video you're not getting even 13k in this economy....prob like 10-11k max if he wants to sell it...if he's asking more it's for that one buyer...i think karting prices should come down to about half what they are imo....a new competitive kart should cost no more than $7500 BRAND NEW!

Salvatore this is an engine package that is no longer built by the manufacturer. It was a fun project!

Normally there is not a need to turn so sharply, but by all means we'd love to see these steering stops!

@@ckrkarts Actually I CNC'd some really nice adjustable clamp-on ones for my Cuda. I could send you a picture.
