@ wouldn’t it have been better, he comes in the summer and has a whole month and a week or 2 to prepare. For me it’s the 3 4 3 formation, it does not work in the premier league. Conte tried it, it worked in the first year but not the second year. Nobody uses that in the league. Most coaches would keep the same formation and make slight adjustments
