if you regulate the room temp it should more or less go hand in hand with the temps the water needs lamps do provide alot of heat, the chance of creating big temp changes if you dont run 24 hours and if you only heat the water with changing temps the hymidity also changes and are harder to control

61% is a good RH. 40's are too low for seedlings. Lavender and Rosemary grow very slow and the Rosemary prefers dry soil (water then let almost go hydrophobic) with very humid air (spray regularly). A bit of mold is no problem. Always include BT in your water and Fungus Gnats will not be a problem.

I had sunflower micro-greens the other day. They had a nutty flavor and was a good addition the the salad we had, put some peanuts almonds and cranberries into a normal salad along with the sunflower sprouts.

Basil often has that look when they start, Not the yellowing tho but the wrinkle look.
