I would never spray anything into the controller. True "stick drift" is caused by a breakdown in plastics. No spray is going to fix that, and if it's not that, and due to some dust or debris adding anything with moistureor oil is going to further complicate it and make it turn into a sludge. The best thing to do is to keep your controllers in bags or closed areas when not in use, use with clean hands, and not while eating snacks, and don't use anything more than air duster on the sticks. I've never had stick drift on any of my controllers. In fact the only system I've ever had an issue with the analog sticks was with my Vectrex, in the early 90s.
