In General at site majority use of cement is OPC and PPC that's way this test is suitable for OPC and PPC ... rather than this two type cement the method is quite different or specification, values and assumptions are also differ. Thank you ...
Glycerine or dextrin powder?
Yes, a mixture of both can be used as a lubricant on the glass plate below rings so that bitumen never sticks on the surface and it will be easy to remove from glass plate.
