You cant suck poison out like the first gadget, its fake, once the venom is in the bloodstream its in there, you might be able to suck a bit out, but its not the amount of venom in there, its the type of venom that will decide how bad it gets in most cases, i think they got the idea because in the old days people said you could suck the venom out with your own mouth...
