Comcast did maintenance last Friday and I had to miss a whole day of work because I work from home and now I have wired internet on my work computer but my TP link will not connect again. I've had so many issues with tp-link. Comcast says everything is good on their end and then when I call TP link they blame Comcast. I didn't get anywhere. I did all the usual steps too. I wish there was a way for them to get inside my router. Let Comcast can and see if there's anything wrong with it because I ended up having to spend money I can't really afford to spend on a brand new router. Even the Comcast rep was like I would just get your own instead of renting one off of us. Ha

Hello, sometimes the IP used in the video may not be reachable, to see if it is reachable open command prompt and once on type ping 192.168.0.1, if there is ping then it is reachable, in the case of not beating reachable the router may have another IP address, to know this address open command prompt and type ipconfig and look for the Default Gateway
