This is so motivating. I'm currently having the headache of "Networking" to break into the industry. It's not as easy and simple as established writers make it sound when they just tell us to network. And in my country South Africa, there's hardly scriptwriting contests. Everything is internal in a sense you have to know something in and having a high ranking position in a production company.

I love EMILY IN PARIS. Season one is my favorite thus far, but I'll watch it until the end! I saw this relatable tweet that was like, "I watch EMILY IN PARIS for the plot." 3 reasons I’m looking forward to Barbie this July: 1. Greta Gerwig has proven to be a talented writer and director. I really liked both Lady Bird and Little Women 2019, the latter of which is my favorite of hers so far. This is definitely going to be a very interesting project for her and can’t wait for her vision. 2. Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling are fantastic actors and those two playing Barbie and Ken is perfect casting. Plus a stacked supporting cast gets me excited. 3. I really liked the teaser trailer from the 2001: A Space Odyssey homage and the sets and costumes looks fantastic. I’m looking forward to this movie this July. Definitely exciting that this and Oppenheimer from Christopher Nolan are coming out the same weekend. Great video, Sabrina! 👍

Yay, you loved Breathless! Very interested in hearing your thoughts on other Godard films. He's one of my favorite directors- mainly during the New Wave era- but I feel like so many film fans don't like his work. He's very hit or miss. After he died last year I thought about doing a ranking of his major films but idk when I'm going to do that exactly. I still want to but that's something I have to plan out.
