I like the progress, but I've never seen a sloping lake like that in real life. I'd make the lake flat with a small waterfall at the base.

Hi! I would build a fraction of a rocky mountain on the left side (where the window is) of that green field and create a waterfall which feeds the elevated lake.

Elevation and different levels in the city are such a good approach! It will be really cool at the end. The worst part is the time/cost/quantity-consuming 😂

The water in the ocean looks better this round, nice work... also I would suggest lowering the tree house set if possible. Otherwise, you have water defying gravity (running up into the stream by the tree house and then back down)

The ballasted track looks fab, Bevins bricks vids on that are super useful. I am yet to begin my attempt at ballasting as I keep moving my layout etc, but I will be trying it. Yours looks really nice though, a very finished look. Love it

the sidewalk around gas station looks a little odd. its should be the concrete color like other sidewalks

I just got done making 2 mils plates for my tiny city "little bricksburg" I have like 10 or 12 half plates to go

I would stop with the road mils plates at the kwik e mart entrance. Then you can already transition there into the beach/campground road (unpaved?). Then you don't need to do all the tiled sidewalks and difficult road cuve anymore. Anyway, progress looking good, keep it up!

MILS add so much details for water. I want to try it too! You guys are making an awesome city, can't wait for a new update! 🎉 P.s. I would not add another wall for the sidewalk, just my opinion btw

if you have some darker blue plates you might consider replacing the plates in the middle of the pond to a darker shade. It would show depth of the lake better.

Your city is fantastic. I have a small city I call little bricksburg. It's based off of 16x16 stud modular buildings. It's 3 1/2 ft by 5ft. It's so much fun building up and building the mils. I need 3 more road plates to finish my roads

Nice start so far! MILS are really part consuming, but it's so much easier to move things around if you ever plan to change layout again. Maybe not the main subject of this video, but as you mentioned it, about the traffic lights on residential area: have you thought about making one of those 4-sided lights, hanging on the middle of crossing and held by a single pole in just one of the corners? You may save some parts to make other lights, and you won't have to change the existing one so much. 😉

Very nice city ! I love that it is a "modest" city, but with all theses levels and corner looks better than bigger more ambitious citys.
