    6:25 RETROACTIVE start : calculates the start time of an INCIDENT record created time. for example, IN incident form when an p1 INCIDENT record is changed to P2. the existing p1 incident SLA will get cancelled & again the assignee or any user changes to p1 then the attached SLA will calculate From inc creation. RESTROACTIVE START : Ensure that the date field used for retroactive start is accurately maintained to avoid incorrect SLA timings.

    5:40 ASYNC BR - as async br works as scheduler and runs asynchronously. Async BR are server-side scripts that execute after the database operation has completed. They do not hold up the database transaction, making them suitable for non-critical tasks such as sending notifications, updating related records, or making external API calls. when immediate results are not require we should always go for ASYNC business rules .
