I think the death of his wife destabilized him.

Anybody tarnishing the name of his former employer can not be employed anywhere. Potential employers are now viewing you as someone who will come in & tarnish their reputation on your way out. Kuwa mpole.

Professor, please calm down and don’t go down that road of defaming your former employer. The people who are cheering you will be laughing at you if you self destroy. You are saying things that can really be used against you successfully. Remember even if they underpaid you, they must have given you an offer that you willingly accepted-willing seller willing buyer scenario. Also Prof, corporate emails and brand properties of the owner. Employee are advised to not use them for personal things such as personal social media account.

It's very true, the supreme court judgement was very pedestrian indeed

"Pedestrian Rulling " is an oversimplification on strategy, WSR had a SMART Strategy we must acknowledge that opinions and popularity does not always work.

Exegesis is the " buzz word" for me, I'd say is a good analyses though i would ask further what do you think pushed or rather coerced the judges to make such ruling?? Hoping it may not be viewed as useless information.
