Nice video, however in this first stanz, the throwing foot should not go behind the front foot, it should always go in front. Only other critique would be during the crow hop drill, there wasn't (in my opinion) enough emphasis placed on the forward movement after the throw...all body wait should be moving toward the target from the of, these girls seemed to square up to the target. I quit fix may be to have greater rolling distance to help the of gain momentum on the do or die drill.
+Gamer 4 life! actually you're wrong. There are many different leagues around the world that men and women both play softball. From slow pitch to fast pitch there are leagues for everyone to enjoy.

Well that's more common but not a rule I know girls that play baseball and boys that play softball.
