A few years I was in the comical position of being a INTJ having a deep and profound near death experience. It was deep one on one with Jesus and now I am a evangelical Christian. Prior to my experience I processed the world purely intellectually and now I distrust thinking in general except where it involves science. I don't think thought can capture reality or direct issues of meaning. Nobody gets me but when gets such a rug pull in ones early 20's it has pretty profound effects. It very much killed my prior existentialism to be a simple minded child of God.

Wow! If these guys are representative of ENTP’s, I’m shocked. I have always thought of us as more “outsiders”. Politically…Libertarianish and religiously non-comittal & vague is soooooo mainstream normal for today. It probably describes 80% of the American public. I’m…disappointed.

I have a fear of vulnerability. If the situation is beyond my ability to control, flight or fight response kicks in. Also, always thinking people are watching me, performance anxiety is what I’ve heard it called. By the definition of social anxiety, yes definitely. Just don’t think it’s necessarily caused by people per se, more vulnerability and performance anxiety that adds up by each person.

INFJs, ENFPs and in a peculiarly-exuberantly/half-dopamine-junkied-up-coloured way ESFPs take the biscuit when it comes to social anxiety. INTX types tend to come across as more Aspergic/high-functioning autistic (not that I particularly like those labels but you know) than anything else.

I am the opposite, an ISTJ. I have weaknesses too, they are different and misunderstood by some people, especially ones who are opposite personality types. I do agree with weaknesses in the ISTJ personality. Some of them I need to work on, like more empathy or being more open minded when appropriate. At the end of the day, we are all God's children, all blessed with natural abilities and skills. All 16 personality types of MYERS BRIGGS have their strengths and weaknesses. We should all find out our own strong qualities and weak points, and live our lives accordingly. This video is useful to me to understand ENFP personality weaknesses, but I do not put down people under this or any other personality type. We all come from the factory defective, but should focus on what we can do well, not what we know we would fail miserably at.

Empathy is about listening, not fixing. If you think that a situation requires empathy, its a fill in the blank situation depending upon the event, "I'm sorry _________ happened". Let them talk and listen. No advice is wanted or desired unless they specially ask. INTJs are great listeners so this should be easy.

I find it a lot easier to deal with larger social situations (party, etc) if I can find a way to help or involve myself is some sort of objective. That way I can busy myself with something and have an excuse to exit a conversation if needed.

I’m not struggling with empathy or empathizing with others. In fact, because I can feel what people feel and understand deeply why they feel that way, it drives me to want to figure out a root cause solution to fix the problems for everyone. So we all can feel good in the future. Between feelings and logic, I am just more useful being logical. Let me fix your problem, that’s how I care about people.

Agnostic addresses a lack of knowledge but does not address "belief"...Gnostic = knowledge....Theistic = belief. Either you are a theist and believe one of the many god claims or you are not yet convinced which makes you not yet a theist....in english the prefix a- means “not” or indicates a negation...in other words...unless you are convinced of any of the many god claims...you are an atheist....which does NOT mean you claim none of the gods could exist....just means you are not convinced until there is good evidence that any of the claims are true. Why can't you explain what you use to filter out false claims from true claims?

I am an ISTP female and I really struggle in studying. I sometimes ask advice and it doesn't really work with me. I would try them, but after 2-4 days I would abandon that advice and look for another advice. What I want to say is, I need someone who can drill study habits within me and direct me in a healthy path, but also respect my isolation tendency.
