As per company's saying,it has color warranty for a lifetime but I think it depends on how much u use it , I m being using it for more then 1 year I don't c any color change .

No color won't change , but honestly it's not for daily use , it's very delicate item, its just occasional use only.

No dear if u use it with care it Wil never get tarnish , after every use clean it with a tissue which is included with it . And if u are using it on for daily purpose try to clean it on time to time.
