I watched this on 5/22 and could not see a view of entire board. Camera seemed stuck on Bill M.

The sound quality for this meeting after it was recorded was very challenging.

At least with Zoom viewers can hear board members clearly and observe their body language.

This new increase of energy from hydro Quebec, is it 5G? Further, I would be interested to know if the grant came from Investment Quebec, whose now merged with the Government, technology and exporting companies. Because if it is... Sounds to me like it’s a political plan of control in authority despite what the population wants. It’s another scam from government getting rich on things they don’t own.
