Do NOT buy or rent here if you have more than two cars. It is the responsibility of renters and buyers to make sure their cars can fit in the garage. Soon they will put no parking signs up on and it will be even more difficult for you to park on the road. There are NO designated visitor parking areas nor will they ever be building one. The community doesn’t have a gate, that means the streets are public roads. Police cannot ticket anyone parked legally on public roads, cops cannot enforce no street parking.*** Don’t let anyone especially the owners or sales agents tell you otherwise. People that live here and are too big to live here with multiple cars are now clogging up the roads with their cars, making it hard to see while driving and they’re always parked at the stop sign. Come here at night and see the worst. Streets aren’t wide enough to safely provide street parking, the amount of street parking is causing safety concerns and congestion. These are starter homes.*** smaller homes. If you are a bigger family with more than 2 cars, these homes may not be the best for you and it will cause you issues & a headache in the long run. Starlight Homes and the developer signed off on making this community the way it is, there should’ve been improvements to the plan as I explained to the district leader of Starlight Michael R. But Starlight doesn’t care and they’re building faulty communities with terribly planned execution and architecture.
