Will there be any problems if I let it settle by gravity without a centrifuge? How long will it take?

Have you tried centrifuging this at lower speeds and know if the separation still works? The larger volume rotor for the centrifuge we have only goes up to 6300 rpm and would want to know before we invest the money in it
It should work. You need to centrifuge for more time.
