Well, stop obeying the criminals in uniform would be a good start, if they attempt to illegally detain you, use your 2A rights to protect yourself. That just classified your jurisdiction and goverment is outside is limited authority. Send to court clerk of the court handling the document given you. Also include a copy of the document. The court cannot move further now. Never been arrested or charged by doing that

Question/ i have never held of a common law court of record being held. Were would you locate one? How do you request something or file something with out having a location, why would you file into a any other court if your relief requested is some were else.
