Fixed issue with steering, and shaved nearly 4 seconds off previous lap in one go, even after glancing the wall at FE.

Hi Barrie I'm looking at a Four Winns 288 to purchase. Are you happy with the boat?
Hi Mike, I had to sell the boat for family reasons but a very big yes, I was very happy with the boat. It had the usual styleish Four Winns fitout and the 5.0 V8 upgraded motors that were powerful and efficient but I would not recommend the versions with the 4.3L V6's as performance would be not be all that good if you had a load of fuel and passengers. The only downside is there is no room in the engine bay so mechanics hated doing work on it. I hope this helps you and good luck with the purchase.
