Fresh morning up at Ourimbah bike park, managed to get a couple runs down the GE track and the downhill track, in this run I mix them together for something different!

Morning session on the ebike at awaba, the shadows across the trail made it a little hard to setup the camera exposure but you get the point!

Bare Creek Bike Park! GoPro Hero 9

Made the drive down to Bare Creek for the first time over the weekend, unfortunately a couple of the other lines were closed off for some reason so had to make the most of what we were allowed to ride. The ebike handled it great, made it a lot easier to get those extra laps in !

Driving and camping on Stockton Beach!
Have you done any upgrades to the bike and how have you found it’s reliability? Thinking of buying the exact model used.
Good riding 👍i also bought this same bike and love it after some modifications. I bought a HGS exhaust, aftermarket ecu and 350sxf cams, its so much better now, also good for mx now.
Beast mode activated! Great ride!
Great ride! Nice bike!
Some wicked features
Hi have you got a post code for this mate as I’m staying up st ives and want to check it out
If you do a google search st Ives mountain bike trail you should be able to find it
Going down hill on a Ebike no big deal. Why bother filming it. Go UP hill that's where Ebikes shine.
Might delete it then
Nice riding , where’s this trail?
Awaba mtb park, near the watagans state forest
Awesome riding mate! How do you find the 150/160mm for Aussie conditions?
The bike now has 170/156mm suspension I haven’t posted a video for a while but it handles it great 👌🏼
AWESOME!
Thankyou
imagine being this guys mum and just screaming through the entire video in panic...
Hahaha yeah, she doesn’t like to watch them that’s for sure!
I been there a few how do you get to that track
Hard to explain mate but if you go to one of the track maps that are there you will be easily able to find the trail 👍🏼
I’ve never seen someone soo clean and steezy that run was soo smooth
Thankyou mate, appreciate the comment!
Awesome riding, I've not had my rail 9 long yet to try it off road
You will love it, too much fun!
@@mozzlehead how many tokens you running in your zeb? Plus what how many rebound clicks please
Great video! Really like the Rail 7. Can I assume that your bike is stock and restricted to 25kph? Doesn’t seem to be hindering your riding.
Yep it’s stock, no motor modifications
The Rails will go MUCH faster than the restricted speed, the motor just doesn't help after a certain point. I've had mine going 64KPH downhill.
i've been riding my rail 7 every other day, street and offroad. no decent trails close to my house tho but its worth makin a 1 hour trip to ride for 5 hours :D only problem i've had was my back tire went flat. still need to go back to the shop for them to put some more air in the suspension and check the tires n stuff. but very fun to use and handy to get to work without sweating too much.
Yes they are awesome bikes and worth the travel to ride good terrain! Lucky that’s an easy fix!
Awesome riding! New to enduro MTB. Recently got a Rail 9.7, really enjoying it. Your videos are inspiring and motivating. 👍
Awesome! How are you Liking the rail so far? Glad you like them also 👌🏼
Awesome video! The Rail 7 is going to be my next bike and your video is further confirmation of my choice! Held my breath watching you clear some of those sections!!! Looks like your avg speed was somewhere in the mid 20's? Is that right? mph or kph? Keeping up your speed thru the switchbacks going into technical were probably my favorite parts... One more question: Do you keep track of your workout stats at all? I know this is downhill but I'm finding the workout (heart rate) on downhill still is good because I ride longer distances over the same amount of time, if not longer. Any feedback on that? Thanks again for the dope as hell video!
Can confirm that you have made a great decision 👌🏼 as for the average speed I’m not 100% sure but I can tell you that I’ve reached speeds well over 60kmph on some trails and it handles it well!
Missed a few lines there bruh
Yeah probably haha
M8 you were hauling arse and the Rail just ate up whatever you threw at it 🤘 Looking at getting one myself! Bummer about that sidewall blowout 😐
The bike just handles good in general, I love the weight it feels so planted 👌🏼
Cool vid! I just picked up a Rail 7 (same color as yours) and it's an awesome bike. Way more fun than my regular mtn bike, especially on the climbs.
Yeah I’d have to agree! My regular mtb doesn’t get much use anymore....
Great to see someone else on a rail 7, I'm doing the same and loving the trek emtb.
Great bikes 👌🏼
Hey geezer, good fast run, are you on stock shocks? ( yari and deluxe).
Yeah stock suspension, I think I’m due for an upgrade though the shock is leaking oil and the forks don’t have much adjustability either!
@@mozzlehead I've got a trek rail 9 through valve shock to fit to mine- ( when I can be arsed) but deluxe still ok.
Man you flying!!! No respect for the trails!!! 😂 great pace
Thankyou !
Nice riding!
Thankyou!
I know you where feeling it after this full send!!! Ha ha, upper body workout fo sho!!!
Yep by then end of it the hands are feeling well fatigued 😂
Shredding!
Cheers!
This e bike seems to be so close to a ‘Normal’ bike. How do you find the weight??
I like the weight of it, probably more than my other bike as it feels a lot more planted to the ground 👌🏼
Hey dude! Nice vid! How did you get your Rail that quiet??? Did you do something with the cables inside? Mine is f****** loud compared to this!
Thankyou! For the cables I’ve put a strip of foam like tape between the cables and the down tube and it seems to keep them quiet.. mine wasn’t noisey to begin with I just done it anyways...
@@mozzlehead Thank you! I'll try it! Maybe it'll help.
Any issues yet? I have a 21 rail 9.8 so Im really asking
I can’t fault this thing, love every bit of it 👌🏼🙂
I would be hitting every tree 🌲 at those speeds and quick changes.
I’d say it wouldn’t be pleasant hitting one 😂
rapid - bullet fast
Cheers! Have you ridden here before ?
@@mozzlehead Yes i did, while back tho ;-) but slow and only top section before the drop. so I can tell you are flying this and it aint an easy trail. I am planning to try it again once i get more comfy on various size drops.
Yeah I can understand why you only done the top section, it’s a long way back up... The E-bike made it worthwhile going to the bottom for me 👌🏼
Must make Red Hill Rd a bit nicer! Sick one mate
Nice send mate! Haven't hit this line for a while, keen to get back to awaba
Cheers mate, had to get a couple laps in before a week worth of nightshift 🤣
I see they've converted it back to a proper adaptive trail again. Interesting! fun factor looks high still!
Props to anyone riding one of them bikes down it, she’d be a tight trail 😂
Eshay
Come for a ride 😛
Hey mate that was great. Thanks for posting that, it mean more to me than I can describe. Back story 2 years ago I crashed on the last gap on river and suffered a life changing injury. Was nice watching it being finished
I’m glad you enjoyed it, I’m sorry to hear about your injury mate... hope all is well !
@@mozzlehead well enough mate well enough.
Absolutely motoring, great vid man!
Thanks man! 👊🏼
how is the rockshox yari doing?
It holds up well to be honest, it’s easy to setup as well because it’s so basic haha
Is the suspension good, or is better go for one level up?
It’s fine but if you have the money to get better than why not ? Haha
Solid speed big fella!!!
I’d say my fitness is holding me back I run out of juice half way down haha
@@mozzlehead your fitness is fine mate!!!
Nice clean run that - well done. One of my favourite DH tracks too.
I was well happy with it, cheers
Nice riding
Cheers mate!
@@mozzlehead I saw you guys at the bottom of river on your 1st run. I did not see any footage of Brain damage.
We did one run of brain damag but decided it was more efficient to stick to them other 2 trails so we could get more riding in 👍🏼
looks like a fun trail moving up that way soon !
I’m jealous of Anyone that has this place as a local, so much fun !
How is the rail doing bud I,m waiting for one now, counting the days!
I’m loving it mate! It’s a dream to ride. Big smiles every time I get on it!
@@mozzlehead got it now, 4 weeks done nearly 200 miles, great bike.
Nice riding but so many idiots just stood still on the trail, clearly dont understand what cycling etiquette is!
Yeah there was a lot of people out there that day, fortunately they didn’t hold me up so I can’t complain.
Nice riding
Thank you
Dude you should be your bike name in that title 🤟🏻
Great riding, really enjoyed that, the Rail seems to be a banging bike👍. Downhill casing and Cushcore all the way for me to stop those failures.
Dh casing will be on once that tyre is finished, I’m thinking I’ll be sticking to tubes as I haven’t had much luck lately tubeless 😢
I did a dh casing and cushcore.. absolutely no flats even in the nastiest rock gardens BUT they are a bitch to mount!!!! I would suggest a lighter casing, cushcore and a very good sealant. Oh and electrical tape just in case🤞🏻
you sure you are not part Deer
😂 maybe part of the evolution?
