Great kit, but I'd also add a space blanket or lightweight emergency bivy. Prevents hypothermia (or hyperthermia when too warm and sunny) in case you are immobilised, Increases your visibility and can be used for signaling. For me its a staple of first aid for any activity in the mountains.

what timelapse interval was this shot in? 1 second? 0.5 second? (I ran a marathon last weekend and shot in 10 and 5 second intervals which came out horrible :'( Will most likely run the same course again next year to get the shot.

Beautiful! Obviously a popular resort town, but the commercial aspect doesn't overwhelm the natural beauty. Everyone looks so relaxed and content. A real treat! Thanks for this video. I'm not a runner, but I'm now a subscriber. You might think about taking a minute at the beginning of your videos to introduce yourself and say a few words about the locale you're running in. I like the video. I like the clearness. What I don't like on a virtual aerobic video is the time on the screen. Most people I see here at the gym, including me cover the treadmill screen with a towel so we don't be looking at the time. For those who want to see the time they don't put a towel over it. So if I wanted to enjoy this beautiful scenery I had to also see the time. Otherwise it's awesome. Thanks for your contribution.

This is by far the best treadmill video I have used. Great quality! There are little, non-distracting, dials on the bottom of the screen indicating Pace, Distance travelled, Grade, and Elevation. There is of course a chronometer and a fun little route map on the top right of the screen continuously indicating where you are on the route. POI are pointed out along the route with a bit of information about them. This video should be the standards for all walking or jogging videos. Well done!

Can you tell me how accurate your speed and distance is please. My treadmill says I'm doing 5.5km but the distance is massively out to yours. I'm getting 3km in 14 mins with your videos but my treadmill says 1.3km

Hi love you Mediterranean videos. But can I ask a serious question. How accurate is the distance?? Yours says 1 k and my treadmill says just about .7 around the 5 min mark. If yours is correct I'm running miles more than I thought. Cheers Steve. Not sure which is correct

This would be my preferred treadmill channel if not for the constant reminder of how far I've run. My treacherous eyes can always read the clock even though I prefer not to know how long I've been running, especially when I'm less than half way through the run and feel like stopping. If the clock timer was much smaller, it also wouldn't distract from the beautiful view; same for the direction arrow, which is also completely unnecessary. Finally, the subscribe reminder is only necessary at the beginning and end of the run. The views and scenery are the absolute best and most interesting on this topic.
